So it’s been 6 weeks since I decided I was fed up with all the weight I’d gained. I’m not losing as fast as I’d like but I Have noticed even when I only go down .2lbs in a few days that I’m actually trimmer. I haven’t been measuring inches because I’d go insane again.. Especially since this is only the 3rd time in my life where Ive been over 100lbs for more than a few months ( this past time was the longest.. Probably 8 months)
Anyways I’m still 5”4 and I Have been up and down between 108.5-110.5 for the past 36 hrs. Its the time of the month I get the most bloated so in a few days if I keep hydrated I should be dropping 3-4lbs and 6-8 total over the 2 weeks and a half depending on how am with my food and exercise.
I’d love to be 103-104 by then.. I will be able to wear some of my cute clothes. Hopefully only a couple more months until I’m 95-98 and toned to start of spring feeling good.
